采用二組高精度導(dǎo)軌的數(shù)控運(yùn)行磨礪系統(tǒng)小車，確保運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)和精準(zhǔn)的直線度。
配置無損耗的特殊碗形砂輪和油石頭，使得磨礪效果突出，針尖無明顯毛剌。
修整更換蓋板針布后由于龍骨、針布、包覆的整付平整度差異，
滿足用戶管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或工藝要求，達(dá)到整臺付平整差異最小化。
特殊磨料的平面砂輪對修整平整度的效能非常高。
蓋板針布使用壽命在80%內(nèi)，應(yīng)用配置的油石系統(tǒng)來改善已磨損的針布針尖鋒利度，延長蓋板針布分梳性能。
Two sets of high-precision guide rails are adopted to ensure smooth running and accurate straightness.
Special bowl-shaped grinding wheel and oil stone are equipped with no loss, so that the sharpening
effect is prominent and the needle tip has no obvious hairiness.
After dressing and replacing the cover sheet, due to the difference of the whole flatness of the keel,
the needle cloth and the covering, it can meet the user's management standards or process requirements and
achieve the minimum of the whole table payment difference. Surface grinding wheels with special
abrasives are very efficient at trimming flatness.
When the service life of the cover cloth is less than 80%, the configured oil stone system is applied to
improve the sharpness of the worn needle cloth and extend the combing performance of the cover cloth.
