這是一臺(tái)集成整盤(pán)上料模塊、磨礪模塊、涂膠光照裝盤(pán)模塊的全流程功能性組合的多功能膠輥處理系統(tǒng)。
從整盤(pán)待處理膠輥?zhàn)詣?dòng)上料-自動(dòng)磨礪（帶尺寸篩選）-補(bǔ)油（附帶打標(biāo)）-涂膠（附帶加熱）-UV光照-裝盤(pán)。
涂膠光照裝盤(pán)模塊可根據(jù)用戶(hù)要求減少功能以提高性
價(jià)比。
特別適用紡紗廠對(duì)膠輥磨后輕涂輕照的新工藝方案。該設(shè)備為用戶(hù)最大限度地減少流程工序的人力資源的減少和整合。
This is a multi-functional roller handling system which integrates the whole process
function combination of the whole plate loading module, sharpening module and gluing light loading module.
Automatic feeding from the whole plate to be processed roller - automatic sharpening
(with size screening) - oil filling (with marking) - glue coating (with heating) -UV light - plate loading.
The adhesive light mounting module can reduce the functions according
to user requirements to improve the cost performance.
It is especially suitable for the new process scheme of light coating and light shining
of rubber rolls after grinding in spinning mill. The equipment minimizes the human
resource reduction and integration of the
process processes for the user.
