裝盤皮輥的全自動化完成上料-預(yù)清刷-清洗-水洗-吸干-下料全流程全自動化。
預(yù)清刷采用長毛滾刷+吸塵（上吸下吹）配置有濾網(wǎng)袋集塵和纖維。
采用海棉平拋盤對盤內(nèi)皮輥拋刷，并配置有清洗液桶進(jìn)行清洗和脫水。
采用毛巾輥對拋刷后留有的殘液清拋，并配置有清水噴嘴和吸水機(jī)保持毛巾輥在清潔狀態(tài)。
六組吸水滾對經(jīng)過毛巾輥清洗后殘液在皮輥表面的水漬吸干，
并配置有加熱系統(tǒng)，保持吸水滾良好的吸水效能。
全自動化的小車盤位抓取和放置，最大限度地減少人力資源和勞動強(qiáng)度。
The full automation of the roller loading - pre-cleaning - cleaning - washing -
drying - unloading process is fully automated.
Pre-cleaning with long hair roller brush + suction (up suction down blowing)
equipped with a filter bag to collect dust and fiber.
A sponge flat tray is used to brush the roller inside the tray, and a cleaning
liquid bucket is provided for cleaning and dewatering.
The towel roller is used to clean the residual liquid left after brushing,
and the water nozzle and water suction machine are equipped
to keep the towel roller in a clean state.
The six groups of water absorbing roller can absorb the water stains on
the surface of the roller after the towel roller is cleaned,
and the heating system is equipped to maintain the good water
absorbing efficiency of the water absorbing roller.
